Low power consumption
When achieving the same effect of thermal heat, energy consumption on devices is 5-40 % less than on conventional heaters due to significantly greater surfaces of tubular electric heaters, the heat transfer and significantly reduction of the thermal barrier heating layer to the heat receiver.
Reliability
Testing heaters and the practice of their long-term usage have shown high reliability of products. Thus, industrial electric burners operate without failure for more than five years (12,000 hours), while the lifetime of standard cast iron electric burners of tubular electric heaters of different world manufacturers usually is no more than 2000-3000 hours.
 

Self-regulation of power consumption
Heaters can be operated without external regulation as resistive pastes have PTC effect (positive temperature coefficient). With temperature increasing, increases the electrical resistance of the heater, which limits current, and therefore power (Left Figure ).
With vigorous removal of heat the temperature decreases, and with it the resistance of the heater that leads to high capacity. Self-regulating mode protects the unit from overheating and lack of heating, providing stability of temperature parameters during operation. Applying the corresponding nominal resistive paste, you can pre-set the desired operating temperature of the heater.

Low thermal inertia
Direct transfer of heat from the heating film to the substrate of the heat receiver causes extremely low thermal inertia of the construct, which provides a fast route of the heating unit to operating mode. This feature of heaters opens new opportunities for their specific application.
Direction of the heat radiation 
Heaters have the ability to direct the heat radiation, which allows you to create effective compact, mobile, heat registers, radiators, convectors, dryers, heating guns, air curtains, fan heaters, thermal infrared heaters.
Uniform heating 
Heaters provide uniform heating over the entire area of the heat receiver by optimization of topology of resistor drawing.
Universality
Technical parameters of heaters (power supply, voltage, operating temperature) can vary within wide limits without changes in heater’s design, only by changing the nominal resistive paste. On the same substrate one can create several compact electric circuits with different specifications.
